About Auguste Cryogenics

An essential function of the Code of Ethics is to make all people in the company adequately aware of applicable laws and company guidelines and to raise awareness of legal risks in their daily work. The Code of Ethics is set to summarize laws and other rules of particular relevance to Auguste Cryogenics and to provide guidance.
As a binding guideline for legally compliant and ethically responsible conduct in our company, the Auguste Cryogenics Code of Ethics also defines the standards for responsible behavior towards business partners and the public, as well as in dealing with each other within the company. Everyone in the company – employees, management board and supervisory board – are obliged to adhere to the principles laid down therein.
In addition, the Code of Ethics provides guidance on how to make informed choices, ways to seek advice, confidently and safely raise concerns about potential misconduct, and make suggestions for improving the compliance processes.
